Building in public · early-stage

Use AI without switching off your own thinking.

Think Smarter AI is an early-stage educational project building practical ways to approach AI thoughtfully. The resources are evolving, and their impact has not yet been established.

Our direction

Three Priorities, One Principle

These are the project's aims. They are not evidence of proven learning, safety or impact. The shared principle is simple: use AI to support human thinking, not replace it.

  1. Available

    Everyone

Help people practise using AI to expand their thinking while keeping judgement and responsibility.

A human benefit

Use Saved Time for What Matters

Time has no price tag, but it is impossible to replace. Used thoughtfully, AI can reduce repetitive work and support faster learning, leaving more time for deeper thinking, creativity, relationships and life away from the screen.

The balance

Faster Should Still Mean Smarter

Saving time is valuable only if we stay involved. The goal is not to let AI think for us, but to use it where it helps and reinvest the time saved in understanding, deciding, building and living.

The principle

Keep Your Thinking in the Loop

AI can help expand the space around a question. It cannot take responsibility for what you believe, choose or publish.

Think first Start with your own question and initial view.
Challenge assumptions Look for missing evidence and reasonable alternatives.
Verify important facts Use reliable sources when the answer matters.
Remain responsible AI can assist your reasoning, but it does not make the choice.

The First Version Is Still Part of the Story

The Carrd beginning and the first three coded releases are preserved so the project can show real change, including the rough edges, not just the latest result.
